Desert Pyramid

I remember watching my then 7 year old son, Jeremy, coloring a picture. He started to color the sky, blue.
"Is the sky always blue?" I asked.
"Yes!" he said.
"Go outside and tell me what color the sky is."
He came back giggling, "It's orange," he said.
When he started to color the clouds gray, I asked, "Are the clouds always gray?"
He started to say, "Yes." but he stopped himself.
While continuing to apply gray Crayola to his clouds in the picture and without looking up at me, he said, "I am not going outside again. I know that clouds can be yellow and orange too."
When he finished, I put his drawing up on the wall next to mine.
